NataLee Kilpatrick
CRNP, FNP-C, Owner
NataLee is a Cullman native who obtained her MSN and Family Nurse Practitioner degree at UAH in 2017. She was an ER RN and Charge Nurse for 8 years preceding becoming a CRNP, and has over 8 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Telehealth, IV Infusion Therapy, & Weight Loss Management as a CRNP. She has served our Cullman community for her entire healthcare career. During her time as an ER Nurse she was trained for PICC lines and displayed expert skills with obtaining IV and PICC line access for even the most critical patients. She is a mother of 4 young children and stays very active in our community. She is an antique collector, gardener, and enjoys the outdoors with her family.

Desiree Washburn
CRNP, DNP, ACNP-BC, PNP-BC, Owner
Desiree is a Cullman native and a 2001 graduate of Cullman High. She graduated in 2004 from UNA, and worked as a Surgical and Urgent Care RN for 4 years before becoming a CRNP in 2008. She was a pioneer and the first Nurse Practitioner at Cullman ER. She obtained her dual Nurse Practitioner Acute Care and Pediatric degrees from UAB and USA, followed by a Doctorate in 2014 from the University of Alabama. She has 17 years of experience in ER, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine, Telehealth, IV Infusion Therapy, & Weight Management as a CRNP. She is a mother of 2 and stays active in our Cullman community where she has had the joy of caring for generations of patients across multiple settings.

Dennis Laird
MD, FACEP
Dr. Laird is a 1996 medical school graduate of Columbia University New York, NY, and has over 25 years of experience in Emergency Medicine. He is residency trained in Emergency Medicine, and additionally completed a Pediatric ER fellowship. He was instrumental in working at Cullman ER for nearly a decade side by side with both our Nurse Practitioners, and his ability to train and educate ER providers is unmatched. He has served as an ER Regional DIrector with a large ER group for over 6 years now in Alabama, and is knowledgeable of current treatment modalities in healthcare. Cullman is a community he loves and considers his second home. He is a proud father of 5. He is active in his community and an avid baseball fan.
